This Privacy Policy describes how Alpha One — Nine Tails Bot (Chrome Extension) and skarfinans.com collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What Data Do We Collect?

The extension collects the following data to provide automated trading and verification services:

2.1 Data from the Pocket Option Platform (only when you are logged in)

• Trader ID / User ID: A numeric identifier scraped from the Pocket Option website (DOM elements, data attributes, or localStorage) to verify that you registered through our affiliate link.
• Trading Data: Results from your trades (win/loss, amount, direction, asset/pair, timestamp). This data is used solely to display statistics within the extension.
• Balance Information: Whether the account is demo or real, and the account balance (only used for compound interest calculation if enabled).
• Market Data: Real-time prices (ticks), payout percentages, and candle data from Pocket Option's WebSocket stream. This data is processed locally in your browser and is never sent to our servers.

2.2 Data Stored Locally in Your Browser

• Bot Settings: Strategy, timeframe, trade amount, martingale settings, risk limits, minimum payout.
• Statistics: Number of wins, losses, total P&L, trade history (maximum last 100 trades).
• Verification Status: Trader ID, verification status, and timestamp of last verification.

All storage is done via Chrome's chrome.storage.local API. Data is stored only on your local device and is not synced with your Google account.

2.3 Data Sent to skarfinans.com

• Trader ID: Sent once during verification to confirm that you have deposited at least $10 via our affiliate link. This is necessary to unlock the extension's functionality.
• IP Address: Automatically logged by the web server as a standard security and operational measure. IP logs are deleted after 30 days.

3. How Do We Use Your Data?

4. How Is Data Stored and Protected?

• Local Storage: All trading data, settings, and statistics are stored only in your browser via Chrome's secure storage.local API. No other websites or extensions have access to this data.
• Server Communication: All communication with skarfinans.com occurs over HTTPS (encrypted connection).
• No Third-Party Sharing: We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data Minimization: We only collect data that is strictly necessary for the extension to function.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a user, you have the following rights:

• Access: You can request to know what data we have about you at any time.
• Rectification: You can request that incorrect data be corrected.
• Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can request that all your data be deleted. This is done by uninstalling the extension (deletes all local storage) and contacting us to delete server data.
• Data Portability: You can request to have your data exported.
• Objection: You can withdraw your consent at any time.

6. Third Parties and External Links

The extension contains links to Pocket Option (pocketoption.com) via our affiliate link. When you click these links, you leave our service and Pocket Option's own privacy policy applies. We encourage you to read Pocket Option's privacy policy before registering.

The extension also communicates with Telegram (t.me) for support links. Telegram's privacy policy can be found at telegram.org/privacy.

7. Cookies

The Chrome extension itself does not use cookies. The skarfinans.com website may use necessary session cookies to secure the verification system. No tracking cookies or marketing cookies are used.

8. Data Retention

• Local Data: Retained until you uninstall the extension or clear browser data.
• Trader ID on Server: Retained as long as you use the service. Upon account deletion, the Trader ID is also deleted.
• IP Logs: Automatically deleted after 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

The service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, we will notify you through the extension.
